2026 Benefits Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment for 2026 benefits will be held from Monday, November 10 through Friday, November 21, 2025. This is your annual opportunity to review and make changes to your benefit elections for the upcoming plan year, effective January 1, 2026.

What’s Changing for 2026?

NEW! Breastmilk Shipping Reimbursement

We’re pleased to announce that, effective January 1, Servier will offer a Breastmilk Shipping Reimbursement benefit. This program is designed to support nursing parents who travel for business by making it easier to continue breastfeeding, offering added convenience and peace of mind.

Medical Plan Premiums

The premiums for both BCBS plans will increase in 2026. Below are the 2026 BCBS plan rates.

The IRS has increased the minimum deductible for high deductible health plans. As such, the deductible for the BCBS PPO Saver Plan will increase to $1,700 for individual and $3,400 for family coverage.

Dental Plan Premiums

The Delta Dental plan premiums will have a slight increase. Below are the 2026 dental plan rates.

Health Savings Account (HSA) Contribution Limit Increases

The 2026 contribution limits for the Health Savings Account (HSA) will increase to $4,400 for individual and $8,750 for family coverage. Participants aged 55 or older may contribute an additional $1,000.

As a result of the IRS deductible increase, Servier’s HSA contribution will increase to $1,360 for individual coverage and $2,720 for family coverage (requires enrollment in the BCBS PPO Saver Plan).

Flexible Spending Account Contribution Limit Increases

The 2026 contribution limit for the Healthcare and Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are increasing from $3,300 to $3,400. The carryover limit will increase to $680.

The 2026 contribution limit for the Dependent Care FSA is increasing from $5,000 to $7,500 per household. The maximum contribution amount for individuals who are married and filing taxes separately will increase from $2,500 to $3,750.

Who Needs To Enroll?

Your current coverage will automatically roll over into 2026, except for the Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) which require re-enrollment each year. You must actively enroll during Open Enrollment if:

• You wish to change your medical plan or increase your supplemental life insurance coverage
• You need to add or drop dependents from coverage
• You want to participate in the Healthcare, Dependent Care, or Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Account(s).

How to Enroll or Make Changes:

Starting November 10th, visit ADP to begin making your 2026 enrollment elections.

• Log in by entering your user ID, and click next
• Enter your password and click Sign In
• Once logged in, at the top of the page, navigate to Myself>Benefits>Enrollments, select the 2026 Open Enrollment event to enroll or make changes.
