Retirement &
Financial Planning

Planning for your financial future is one of the most important steps you can take toward long-term security and peace of mind. Our retirement and financial planning benefits are here to help you build a solid foundation for your goals – today and tomorrow.

401(k) Retirement Plan

Servier’s 401(k) Plan with Fidelity is designed to help you build a strong foundation for your financial future — whether you’re early in your career or nearing retirement. All regular employees age 21 and older are eligible to participate in the Servier 401(k) Plan regardless of the number of hours scheduled to work.

Plan Features

  • You can contribute to your 401(k) from your regular pay and/or bonus pay on either a pre-tax or Roth after-tax basis, up to the annual IRS limits.
  • Servier provides a 100% match on the first 5% of pay that you contribute to the 401(k) plan. This match is 100% vested, meaning the money is yours to keep, even if you leave.

    Important Reminder!

If you want to make 401(k) contributions from your bonus pay, you must make a separate bonus deferral election in NetBenefits.
  • The plan gives you a choice of investment options, including target date funds, that allow you the flexibility to build your own strategy to meet your financial needs.
  • With Fidelity, participants have access to tools, resources, and live events to support your ongoing financial education.
