Regular employees scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week are eligible to participate in Servier’s health programs, group disability plan, and flexible spending accounts.
All regular employees age 21 years and older, regardless of the number of hours worked per week, are eligible to participate in the Servier 401(k) Plan.
Generally, all Servier employees are eligible for our work/life benefit programs regardless of age or the number of hours worked per week.
Most benefits are effective on your date of hire, unless otherwise noted.

Your domestic partner means the same-sex or opposite-sex domestic partner of a Servier Pharmaceuticals employee if both meet the following requirements and complete an Affidavit of Domestic Partnership:

When enrolling dependents you may be asked to submit eligibility documentation such as a marriage or birth certificate, as well as dependent information including birthdate and SSN in order to finalize your dependents coverage.
