As a new member of the team, you are encouraged to explore all the programs Servier has to offer, but remember that you must enroll in certain benefits within 30 days of hire!
Regular employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible to participate in all benefit programs, however enrollment in the following benefits must be made in ADP within 30 days of hire:
Coverage is automatically provided for Basic Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Short- and Long-Term Disability benefits at no cost to employees. Most benefits are effective on your hire date.

As a new hire, you must enroll in Servier’s benefits in ADP within 30 days of your Hire Date. If you miss your 30-day window, you will not be eligible to enroll again until the next Open Enrollment period unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.
Newly eligible employees will be automatically enrolled in the 401(k) Plan with a 5% pre-tax contribution rate, unless a different election is made. This enrollment will occur approximately 35 days after you become eligible. Employees can enroll in or make changes to their 401(k) elections at any time. Enrollment in the 401(k) plan is made in NetBenefits.
